Villa Parre, a growing building and land development firm specialising in investment projects, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This part-time role (8-16 hours per week), with one day in our office, offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your bookkeeping and account management skills in a professional and supportive environment.
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Invoicing and debtor control
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll
- Cash flow projections
- Provide financial reporting
- Statistical analysis and reporting using spreadsheets
- General administrative tasks
To be considered, you must:
- Have experience as a Management Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Possess solid computer skills, including proficiency in Xero Software and Microsoft Suite
- Have previous experience in a professional service firm
- Strong skills in excel
- Ability to call debtors for money owed
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be proficient in time management and prioritize tasks effectively
- Enjoy working in a small, professional team that values flexibility for the benefit of clients
