About the role: 

We are seeking a full-time Grounds and Maintenance Person to maintain a private residence in Mount Macedon. 

You will be responsible for:

• The maintenance of all gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, planting, pruning, mulching and green waste removal
• Ensure all sites are free of rubbish, debris and are safe
• Complete additional ad-hoc tasks delegated to you
• Ability to manage sub-contractors when required
• Pool and tennis court cleaning and Maintenance
• Ability to manage sub-contractors when required.
• Watering and fertilising grass, removing weeds and reseeding damaged patches
• Landscaping
• General Maintenance of whole landscape and house including sheds, machinery,tools,equipment etc

Skills and experience

Essential:

• Australian Residency or non-residence with working visa  
• Police check
• Drivers licence
• Experience in repairs and Maintenance 
• Experience in outdoor gardening and/or landscaping 
• Competent in the use of items such as; ride on mowers, mowers, small tractors, towing trailers, hedge trimmers, whipper snippers, chainsaws, power tools, small excavators (up to 5 tonne)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Have a great eye for detail
