About the LocationLocated 30 kilometres north-west of Sydney in the suburb of Dural, Ingenia Holidays Sydney Hills provides an escape from the city or the perfect place to pull over for a few nights during a long road trip.While the holiday park offers landscape grounds to relax, there’s plenty of adventure waiting to be explored – whether it be stepping it out along the trails of the Blue Mountains to throwing down the picnic blanket along the banks of the Hawksbury River.About the RoleWe are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site. Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service. This is a casual position with the possibility of picking up more hours during peak periods. ResponsibilitiesAdminister all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machineryRegularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doorsEnsuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all timesGarden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality conditionEnsure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipmentStripping of beds & removal of all linen from Villas as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior of Villa windows, decking, pathways etc.Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, and garden restorationAbout YouPrevious experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance positionDriver's LicenceAbility to work with limited supervisionGreat customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAvailability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating rosterBenefitsSecurity of working for an ASX listed organisationDiscounted holiday rates at Ingenia Holiday parksEmployee rewards and recognition programIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please click on the Apply for this job button and submit your resume.
