The role:
Hunter Commercial Services (a division of KKCS) is looking for an experience Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to work across multiple contracted sites in the Hunter and Central Coast Region.
Our supervisors lead workers on-site to complete the work allocated and support their professional development. This is a people-focused role where you will lead by example to set a great standard of work whilst still being involved in the day-to-day running of contracted jobs.
The role will directly support the Lead Grounds Supervisor, providing eyes and ears on site to ensure work is performed to the high standards of KKCS and its vendors. This includes setting safety expectations and ensuring workers are following due process to keep themselves and the workers around them safe.
About You:
You will have:
• Passion for team work and motivating workers to grow their skills and services
• An ability to complete physical maintenance work on-site, as well as training and demonstrating common practice
• Experience with coordinating yard and Grounds Maintenance services
• Experience as a team leader, supervisor or similar in a yard / grounds service
• Understanding of WHS and commitment to maintaining safe work environments.
• Current Driver's License
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• “White Card” – National Construction Induction
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
• First Aid (less than 3 years old) and CPR (less than 12 months old).
