To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking a Group Finance & Insurance Business Manager who is looking to join a growing business with the potential for long-term career growth. Position based in Southport, Southeast QLD.
What the role entails:
- Serving as the strategic and operational lead for the Finance and Insurance function across SE QLD and Northern NSW.
- Working with a dynamic team of Business Managers across multiple, multi-franchised dealerships to maximise return on investment.
- Working with stakeholders including Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Business Managers & OEM Partners, establishing processes and executing plans to meet long and short-term goals.
- Actively managing manufacturer and lender relationships
- Establishing development and continuous improvement plans for the team and broader Finance and Insurance business function.
What we are looking for:
- Proven ability in a similar or related role
- Strong leadership background in an automotive or financial lending environment
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications highly regarded
