Group Financial Analyst

The Role:
This is an important role within the finance team at KEE Management Pty Ltd. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your career further, reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision making within the business.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive financial analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Analyse business unit performance and variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs using Power BI to monitor group performance.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the group's annual budget.
- Work closely with business unit managers to develop and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Develop, update, and maintain complex financial models for business planning.
- Perform scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to evaluate business risks and opportunities.
- Support new business development through financial feasibility studies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to implement and optimise financial reporting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial systems, leveraging Power BI for efficient reporting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of board presentations and investor communications.
To be Considered, You Must Have the following Skills and Qualifications:
- CA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA qualification.
- CFA qualification or working towards.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate finance, including 1-2 years of experience in Big Four accounting firms preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
