As the Group Financial Analyst, you will support Senior Executives and Group in key decision making. This is an influential role that will work across all aspects of the Group.

Skills and Experience
you will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. You will have proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a group or corporate setting with strong financial modelling skills. You will have proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modelling.
- Evaluate financial performance against investment analysis and allocation.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely reports for relevant parties including Board reports.
- Monitor and analyse budget vs. actual performance, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Analyse the potential financial impact of various scenarios and alternatives on the Group and funding sources.
