Seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller for a private business who is passionate about innovation and excellence. Your Role: As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategies and ensuring the integrity of our financial operations across the organisation. Reporting into the CFO & Company Secretary, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Developing and implementing robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and optimise efficiency.
• Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Leading the financial planning and analysis process to drive insights and drive performance improvements.
• Managing the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within a similar-sized organisation.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
