Opportunity
Reporting to the CFO, the Group FP&A Manager leads the management reporting and analysis, commercial insights planning and forecasting functions. This role will provide a unique opportunity for someone to come in and immediately influence an organisation through its current growth journey.

Clark Rubber is a successful Australian retailer with a history dating back to 1946. With 61 stores nationally, we are specialists in pools, foam and rubber providing us with a unique place in the Australian retail market. With such a broad product range, our customer base is highly diverse and includes families, tradies, hobbyists, DIY-ers, and commercial business customers, to name just a few.
The Role
This role offers the right candidate significant autonomy not only to build and refine processes, but to operate as the architect of the reporting environment. As the right arm to the CFO, you will work closely with the SLT and occupy a position of significant importance within the organisation.
The primary objectives of the position are to:
- Provide key stakeholders with data-driven analysis and insights needed to make informed financial and strategic decisions to continue to grow our business.
- Deliver insightful monthly forecasting, planning and reporting
- Oversee and own the development of the end-to-end annual Budget, monthly forecasting and the long-term planning process
- Partner with business leaders to deliver short-term and long-range plans. Working with department heads to build their annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Financial modelling and cash flow forecasting requirements.
- Partner with the CFO to deliver the most effective funding structure whilst maintaining compliance with banking agreements
Your Experience
- Degree Qualified Accountant and CA/CPA
- Experience with OLAP/cube reporting or similar budgeting/reporting tools (highly desirable but not mandatory)
- Extensive experience building integrated complex financial models
- Experience with advanced analytics tools
- Proven financial accounting skills and experience in excess of 5-7 years
- Retail or FMCG experience desirable but not mandatory
