About the Role:
Due to internal promotion, this appointment will work closely with both the Group CFO, Group FC, and Divisional Finance Heads. You will lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team of 9, focused on providing timely and accurate value-adding reporting and commentary to the business.
You will specifically be responsible for the production and delivery of consolidated financial and management reporting for the Group. In tandem, you will drive company-wide financial process improvement projects, and identify risks and opportunities to deliver consistent profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, half-yearly, and annual financial and management reporting.
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing team setting a clear vision, direction, and targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve, reporting, financial systems, and processes.
- Build & maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the group.
- CA/CPA Qualified from a medium to large corporate background
- Extensive experience in consolidated financial and management reporting.
- The ability to provide strong leadership that is influential and collaborative in style.
- Experience in driving change and improving financial reporting and controls to support business growth.
- Risk and operationally-focused, detail-orientated, hands-on team player.
