The Role

As the Group Marketing Manager, your primary goal is to lead and shape the future of our new brand. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to position the company at the forefront of client considerations.

We are looking for someone to make this position their own and lead a marketing team with a real opportunity to autonomously create and drive the future of our marketing strategy. We need an out-of-the-box thinker!

Key responsibilities/objectives:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the marketing department, such as strategic planning, budget management, and team development.
• Develop and execute a rebrand go-to-market campaign to give our brand a fresh and impactful identity.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
• Drive, mentor, and coach a marketing team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure the company’s sales targets are met through effective sales strategies and lead generation.
• Implement and manage innovative marketing tools that will improve our brand position.

Role requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field or 5-10 years experience in marketing and sales.
• Proven record in driving growth through marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in a leadership position within a marketing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to achieve results.
