As the Group Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm, steering our talented team of Marketing Managers towards excellence. From devising and executing group-wide strategies to managing advertising budgets across our diverse venues, you'll be the mastermind behind our success. Collaborating closely with digital, design, and brand teams, you'll craft seamless online experiences that keep our customers coming back for more.
This role is a 10-month maternity leave cover on a fixed term contract.

Skills and Experience that Shine:
- A passion for hospitality is a must in this role.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen.
- Previous experience managing a large team.
- Technical marketing and digital skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Experience working in high pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
