We have a new position as Group Manager who will be instrumental in building culture, engaging with team and ensure the smooth operations of our three clinics.
Responsibilities
The Group Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team engagement and financial success throughout our veterinary clinic network.
This pivotal role demands strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a genuine passion for the industry. You’ll oversee team engagement, project implementation, and client experience, contributing significantly to Evervet's mission.
Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong relationships with veterinary clinics and their leadership within the group, managing by objective to assisting them to achieve financial objectives, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining our strong brand reputation and market position through innovation and continuous improvement.
