This business is going from strength to strength and has an immediate need for an experienced leader to join their southern operations and help grow, streamline, and improve their service operations. Working closely with the Group Parts Manager, your aim is to create a harmonious relationship between parts and service, so that a seamless aftersales service can be provided to their customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing and improving multi-site service operations. You know how to lead and develop your team, analyse performance data, build rapport, champion process improvement, leverage opportunities, identify market trends, whilst focusing on customer continued satisfaction and retention.
Remuneration for this role will be negotiated with the desired candidate, but suffice to say, will be a considerable package so that the very best candidates can be identified.
