With a long history of operation, this large private property group invests in a broad range of asset classes - commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality. They are constantly evolving and changing, making for an exciting environment and the chance to be challenged every day.
As part of this growth they have developed new revenue streams which need strategic analysis and support in order to create effective business plans for the divisional leaders.
Key duties:
- Develop 3-5 strategic plans in coordination with senior executives
- Create projects to support the strategic plan and clear priorities
- Financial/business analysis and modelling around business cases
- Implementation and management of projects
- Creation of frameworks to support ongoing growth
- Organisational chart development
- Meetings and presentations
You will have a relevant degree (Commerce, Economics, Engineering) with 2+ years related experience either in a Big 4/2nd tier management consulting role, corporate development, or strategy consultant position. You will have strong financial modelling capabilities, be an excellent problem solver, a professional communicator, proven multi-tasker, and be highly analytical.
