The role:
the Growth Manager will be responsible for setting and executing Brand sales and growth strategies.
The Growth Manager will drive complex enterprise transactions and deepen relationships with key customers while influencing long-term strategic direction.
Partnering with senior level managers on the client-side directly, the Growth Manager will create & articulate compelling value propositions to drive bookings for new potential opportunities.
Core responsibilities include:
Develop strategic growth plans in collaboration with internal teams.
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with partners, driving joint efforts to identify prospects.
Serve as the primary customer contact for business and adoption-related activities.
Gather and communicate detailed product feedback to improve offerings.
Lead and manage the growth team to meet booking targets and execute strategic initiatives.
A bit about you:
Proven experience in strategic Enterprise technology sales experience, particularly in AdTech, MarTech industries, or leading Internet companies.
Experience in B2B marketing, Media, Programmatic, CRM, CDP, and SaaS sales is highly desirable.
Proven track record in presenting and selling to multiple levels of stakeholders, with a deep understanding of business dynamics and executive decision-making processes.
Proficiency in collaborating across various internal functions such as Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.
Possesses a Type S (Startup) personality: driven, resilient, and down-to-earth; motivated for success.
Willingness to travel as needed.
