About the Role
Dorsett Melbourne has an amazing opportunity available, for an experienced Guest Service Agent to join the team on a full time basis. You will be highly skilled in customer service and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
Your day may involve:
- Greeting all of Dorsett's guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Championing the guest experience to ensure guests expectations are exceeded
- Checking guests in and out, organising payments and answering any questions guests may have
- Have an excellent understanding of the hotel, promote facilities and have great knowledge of the local area
- Answering all phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Why you?
- You possess a true love and interest in hospitality and more importantly the hotel sector. Previous front office experience required
- You are a strong communicator and have the skills to deal with people and show empathy
- You are a team player and you are happy to support the hotel in other areas to ensure the guests experience is the best it can be
- You available for a full time position and can work across various rostered shifts, including mornings, evening, weekends and public holidays
- You hold, or are willing to apply for an RSA Certificate
- Full Australian driving license is strongly preferred
