The Sebel Melbourne Ringwood is located at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, providing a local luxury destination for accommodation, dining and conferencing.
We are now hiring a Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team and bring the personalised service that the hotel has become known for.
The role will be hands on, working on reception you will be welcoming guests on arrival, checking in during their stay and handling enquires to those coming to stay soon. This is not an administrative role and is focused on out front customer service with hours across the working week between 7am and 11pm.
While the role is casual we train you to be part of the team which may present opportunity to go part or fulltime at a later date.
A great fit for our business will be a friendly and engaging person who takes great satisfaction from seeing guests enjoy their time at the hotel. There is some payment processing to be done and use of booking systems is part of the role, both of which you will receive training to perform to standard.
