When the last day visitor ferry departs to the mainland, the island becomes an exclusive retreat. The Resort staff live on the island, with other positions commuting daily from nearby Cairns on a fast 45 minute catamaran journey.

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your duties will be to assist with Reception duties and guest activities as required. Position may require some vessel interaction.
This is offered as either a commute position with some overnight stays being required, or a live on position including weekend work. Front Office & Reservations experience is required with Opera experience being highly regarded.
All applicants need to be able to work unsupervised & hold good organizational skills. Knowledge or an interest in local flora, fauna and marine life is highly regarded.
Green Island Resort Reception is open 24 hours, 7 days per week.
