Guest Services Agent - Casual Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic team. 

The role is a Casual Position, offering 25+ hours per week depending on the needs of the business. The position will require flexibility as it includes both day and evening shifts. 

Brisbane Holiday Village operates from 7:15am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week, and the successful candidate must be available to work allotted shifts within these hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a flexible yet consistent work schedule in the vibrant hospitality industry.

What Can You Bring to the Position?

We are looking for candidates who can bring more than just the basic requirements to the position.  Weencourage applicants with a background from a variety of roles. These include, but are not limited to; business administration, sales, property management, and hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in/out guests, processing reservations and payments
• Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Providing information about the holiday village 
• Assisting guests with their requests and resolving any issues or complaints

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient computer skills 
• Knowledge of reservation systems - experience in residential property management and/or NewBook (Reservation Management System) is not essential but would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
