About Us:
Our client is about to unveil its exquisite new holiday apartment complex located on the Northern Beaches, Cairns. We are in search of a personable and dependable Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join their expanding team. As the cornerstone of the guest experience, you'll play a vital role in crafting a warm and accommodating ambiance for both guests and visitors.
The Opportunity:
In the role of GSA, you will be the friendly face of their establishment, possessing warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless experience for their guests. From extending warm greetings to efficiently managing enquiries and reservations, you'll be instrumental in upholding our clients exemplary service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs utilising their RMS system.
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
- Process payments and undertake various administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Approachable and amiable with exceptional communication skills.
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian citizen.
- Proficient in using RMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to obtain a clear Police Check upon successful selection.
