The Guest Service Agent the first point of contact for students regarding Student Housing and Mailroom services. Reporting to the Manager, Student Housing and Mailroom Services, this position will be responsible for managing student room bookings, dining plans, key audits, student mail, maintenance requests and undertaking other administrative duties as required. The role will also respond to general phone and counter enquiries regarding facilities and services.About the personThe successful applicant will have:
- Previous exposure to high level of customer service with a minimum of 2-3 years experience
- The ability to exercise judgement in crucial situations and advise students
- Experience in processing accommodation bookings
- High level customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
