Job Description
Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering unparalleled service in the world of luxury hospitality? If so, we invite you to embark on a rewarding career as an Overnight Guest Service Agent at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery.
This full-time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel during the night hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming late-night arrivals with warmth and professionalism.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conducting precise and thorough financial audits to maintain accuracy in accounting records. Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all hotel outlets.
- Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist the Night Manager in ensuring security including fire prevention & protection, health, safety & staff checks, detection of breaches of security and the laws by which the company is governed is maintained.
- Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs efficiently.
What you need to be successful
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- An energetic, team focused and can do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
- Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster from 11pm – 7am is essential
