We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic Front Office team on a Part-Time basis. As the face of the hotel, you will provide exceptional service to our guests while managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling enquiries, anticipating guest needs and assisting with hotel reservations.
At least one year of experience as a Guest Services Agent in a similar five star hotel environment A real passion for delivering positive outcomes, going above and beyond to achieve maximum guest satisfaction A high level of emotional intelligence to deal with a diverse range of guests and anticipate their needs An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring that no request or requirement goes unnoticed or unaddressed Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with guests, provide accurate information, and handle enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathyDesired Skills & Experience
Previous Front Office experience in a five-star hotel environment. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook is essential. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. Previous Opera knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential.
