As our Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead carpark related shift operations while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, management of transport related systems and reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Resolving customer queries ensuring a positive customer satisfaction
- Supervising staff & assisting with recruitment, training & development
- Assist with the preparation of rosters for the Guest Services team
- Building a guest focus culture within the team
What we are looking for:
- Previous team leadership experience
- Ability to provide world-class standards in guest service excellence
- Polished five-star grooming and professional presentation
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
