Guest Services Supervisor - The Star Sydney

As our Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead carpark related shift operations while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, management of transport related systems and reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Resolving customer queries ensuring a positive customer satisfaction
• Supervising staff & assisting with recruitment, training & development
• Assist with the preparation of rosters for the Guest Services team
• Building a guest focus culture within the team

What we are looking for:

• Previous team leadership experience
• Ability to provide world-class standards in guest service excellence
• Polished five-star grooming and professional presentation
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
• Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
