About the Role:
LUCAS Restaurants is on the look-out for a Guest Services Manager to join the team.
The Guest Services Manager will drive and deliver a best-in-class reservations experience, ensure sales and revenue opportunities are maximised and exceed guest expectations.
Experience and Attributes:
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a contact centre, reservations team or similar
- Demonstrated experience leading and driving contact centre operations
- A track record of exceeding targets and guest expectations
- Experience in managing a team, its process' and workflow
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- An ability to develop, motivate and bring the best out of your people
- Proven ability in building effective business relationships
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- An ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to maintain and add to a positive and inclusive team culture
- Experience using SevenRooms, ResPak, or similar reservations systems would be highly regarded
- Hospitality experience would be advantageous
