An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Transport Team as a Guest Services Supervisor! In this role you will lead carpark related shift operations while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, management of transport related systems and reporting.
Please note, this role is a 12-month max term contract.
A few of your responsibilities
- Resolving customer queries ensuring a positive customer satisfaction
- Supervising staff & assisting with recruitment, training & development
- Building a guest focus culture within the team

- Previous team leadership experience
- Ability to provide world-class standards in guest service excellence
- Polished five-star grooming and professional presentation
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
