As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests in resort. With the assistance of the Resort Guest Manager, this position involves leading the Guest Service Assistants and Leading Hands to sell and administer Perisher products and services in a prompt and courteous manner.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day functions of the Guest Service department.
- Actively participate in the training and development of all Guest Services Assistants through recruitment and induction.
- Proactively supervise and mentor the staff reporting to you, delegate responsibilities, coordinate training activities and appraise the performance of team members.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Support team to assist guests with their Perisher and Epic Australia Pass product and service enquiries.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Qualifications in Tourism, Customer Service or Frontline Management (highly regarded)
- Previous strong experience in a high-volume retail sales role.
- A high standard of numerical accuracy and computer literacy skills.
- Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
