Hardship / Credit Control Supervisor

This is a newly created, leadership role in the Hardship Collections team of a mutual bank for a passionate professional who can guide and motivate the team.
Conveniently located on the Inner South of Sydney , close to public transport, you will join a friendly and supportive team. This mutual bank offers personal loans, home loans and credit cards loans across NSW, and as part of a merger soon Victoria and South Australia.

Reporting to Manager level, as a supervisor you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and mentor, support and develop further three experienced team members. Day to day you will be across:
- Review and Analysis
- Credit Assessment
- Complaint Identification
- Process Management
- Collaboration with Legal & Recoveries
- Strategic Alignment
- Leadership and Development
To be considered for this position, you will have proven experience in financial analysis and credit assessment experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Ideally, you will be a compassionate and empathetic individual who can uplift the lives of members and the team by providing moral support.
