This new mediterranean restaurant will join our other restaurants in being one of Brisbane's premier dining destinations.
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen and put together a team that can provide the best experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of all BOH activities including staffing, rostering and ensuring the kitchen is adequately staffed at all times
- A dedication to top class customer experience
- Strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene requirements
Applicants must have:
- At least 2 years experieence in mediterranean cuisine and in a Head Chef role
- Proven ability to manage a kitchen team
- A fun, positive, inclusive attitude!
Furthermore the succesful applicant will also be required to hire a new kitchen team in time for the restaurant opening (expected to be July 2024) and to work with owners to develop a menu.

Anticipated start date will be late June/July.
