The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar premium venue / lifestyle brand.
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication, organisation and presentation
- Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
