This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in UNSW UNI , NSW. The Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen, including managing stock, Managing produce prep, and maintaining all equipment whilst providing exceptional food quality and safety, and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.
• Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge and expertise
• Sales skills to drive incremental sales and revenue growth
• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the café or restaurant industry is preferred
