Our client is a dedicated childcare center located in the heart of Croydon, committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef / Cook to lead our kitchen, ensuring the continuation of our standards in culinary excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of daily meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack for up to 104 children.

Develop menu plans that are nutritious, balanced, and cater to the dietary needs and allergies of children aged 6 months to 6 years. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at all times. Work independently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining high-quality standards.
