AddressWinston's is a restaurant with a strong focus on food, wine and cocktails due to open beginning of September. Winston's is located opposite the beach in the Bayside suburb of Black Rock offering a fresh take on the food and drink scene in the area.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef with an eagerness to make an impact in the community, someone ready to change the dining and drinking landscape in Bayside with us.
This is a great opportunity to help us open and launch this project, to build and lead a kitchen of professionals creating European inspired food that is influenced by French bistro and continental dining\?.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
- Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef in a quality venue
- Strong leadership skills, passion and attention to detail
- Demonstrated business acumen, an understanding of financial budgets, food and labour cost percentages
- Experience with costed rostering and ordering
- Excellent time management through preparation and service periods
- Experience managing food safety programs and documents
- Ability to monitor and supervise OHS standards and procedures
