Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the kitchen operations efficiently
- Set up and maintain kitchen stations
- Handle ordering and inventory management
- Conduct stocktakes and manage stock levels
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high standards of quality and presentation
- Be hands-on in the kitchen, leading by example
- Create and manage staff rosters
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, with specific expertise in smoking meat
- Comprehensive knowledge of different meat cuts and smoking techniques
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
