Job Title: Head Chef (Breakfast and Lunch Cafe)
The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
Professional cooking skills
Creativity and initiative
Accuracy, precision and speed
Organisational and planning skills
Rotation and ordering of the kitchen stock within budget
Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to cleaning schedule
Ability to work as a member of the team
Reliable and hardworking
Minimum Qualification: Certificate 4 in Comercial Cookery
The Employee’s normal hours of work, (“Normal Hours of Work”) are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6.00am-2.30pm. Sundays 7.30am-1.00pm.
