About the Role
Head Coach / Marketing Admin role at REVL Ashmore
Reporting to the Studio Manager
Approximately 30 hours per week
Tasks & responsibilities
- Participate in training for coaches to ensure competency in coaching techniques and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellence in member service, both in-person and online interactions.
- Ensure compliance with studio security and safety regulations, both offline and online.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and hygiene to provide a welcoming environment for members.
- Proficiency in daily studio operations, including member sales and service, with occasional involvement in social media management.
- Undertake daily operational procedures, covering both studio operations and digital presence management.
- Adhere to the uniform policy during in-studio activities.
- Provide reports on insights into membership management and social media/email campaign performance to the Studio Manager.
- Ensure compliance with operations procedures, regulations, digital communications, and social media usage policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to members and non-members' messages via Instagram.
Qualifications & experience
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- First Aid Certificate
- National Police Record Check
- Background in health and fitness / understanding of the Fitness Industry
- Experience working in a Management role.
- A sound understanding of basic principles and practices relevant to member and sales service.
