The Opportunity:
As the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll take the lead across both B2B and B2C marketing communications initiatives, shaping the narrative and driving positive commercial outcomes across the funnel.
In this newly created senior leadership role, you’ll be tasked with the development and execution of the Brand Marketing strategy across key channels; ATL, PR, Content, Social, Trade and Partnerships. Reporting directly into the CMO, you’ll work in partnership with the wider marketing function across Performance, Product, CRM and UX.
The Focus:
- Strategic Brand Leadership: Spearhead national Brand Marketing efforts ensuring consistency and relevance at every touchpoint.
- Amplify Visibility: Champion the brand narrative across diverse channels and audiences, maximising opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Data-Driven Performance: Utilise insights to drive commercial success, optimising acquisition efforts and enhancing brand experiences throughout the funnel.
The Head of Brand is a self-starter, who can initiate best practice systems and ways of working. They lead by example and have that ‘muck in’ attitude toward execution and daily operations. They’re able to operate at speed, as part of a fast paced, dynamic collective.
You’ll require:
- Brand Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated excellence in Brand Marketing across both B2C & B2B audiences, including development of segmented initiatives that drive customer acquisition.
- Integrated Channel Management: Minimum 10+ years marketing communications experience with proficiencies leading high quality campaigns across ATL, Content, PR/Comms, Social, Digital & Trade. Prior e-commerce/retail brand experience would be highly regarded.
- Commercial Acumen: A track record of driving measurable results and capitalising on commercial opportunities. You’ll bring excellent project planning and budgeting capabilities and the ability to lead diverse wider business discussions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to foster collaborative cross-functional teamwork.
- Leadership Excellence: Inspiring a team of direct reports with the ability to align teams behind business goals. You’ll be passionate about developing others - fostering growth, and leading by example.
- Analytical Mindset: Driven by data, insights and market intelligence, with a keen eye for process optimisation and organisational efficiencies.
