The Head of Brand Marketing will own and champion the IDP Education Limited brand to help deliver a fresh, engaging and consistent experience for our students that effectively communicates our values and unique difference.
This role enables execution of our bold marketing strategy by understanding how best to represent IDP branding in market. They are brand obsessed and focused on how great branding can elevate a customer's experience and allegiance.
Skills and experience required:
- A proven, bold, modern brand leader
- Advanced communication skills
- Relationship management - building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to executive level
- Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity, respecting diversity
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or business management
- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing / brand
- Comfortable in influencing outcomes in a matrix-based organisation.
- Influencing and setting the culture of teams you are in to become outcome-focused that delivers tangible value to our customers.
- Experience of working with product, marketing and sales to optimise a team's performance through service excellence and continuous improvement.
