Youth Lab is expanding our leadership team in conjunction with the next phase of its growth as Perth's leading doctor led medical cosmetic business. 

Led by Dr Kate Jameson, Youth Lab's exceptional standards are reflected in our team and the results we deliver to our clients. Since opening our first clinic in 2018, Youth Lab has been on a growth trajectory, expanding both in business size and in geographical clinic presence across the Perth market. 

As part of continued growth, Youth Lab is looking for a Head of Business Operations. This position is a full time position located in our Head Office in West Perth, with the requirement to work across Youth Lab's four clinics, delivering valuable leadership support to our management team and team members alike.

Working closely with the business directors and executive leadership team, the Head of Business Operations will be responsible for leading the day to day operations of the business, ensuring operational excellence across the team and company. Along with this, the Head of Business Operations will be responsible for the business performance, including performance forecasting and budget achievement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership of the day to day operations across Youth Lab's clinics, providing guidance and support to executive team, managers & the broader team
• Make and deliver decisions with a commercial focus, balanced with maintaining our exceptional service offering to our clients and a people centric focus whilst ensuring positive impact on culture
• Collaboration with Managing Director on the development and execution of strategic growth plans 
• Mentoring, supporting and inspiring the executive and management team to deliver optimal outcomes for the business 
• Business budgeting, forecasting and overall business performance 

The ideal candidate will:

• Have demonstrated experience in a position of equivalent responsibility level 
• Have experience in the medical cosmetic industry, a luxury service business, or a related industry 
• Have excellent commercial acumen, experience in budget management, business forecasting and profit and loss management 
• Have experience leading a management team with demonstrated outcomes relating to team development & workplace engagement
• Be an inspiring and empathetic leader, with the demonstrated ability to harness the strengths and differences of a team to reach the strategic goals of a business
