Role Overview:
My client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their Insurance Building division in a newly created permanent role as Head of Business Operations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Insurance, this position offers an exciting opportunity to manage project delivery and customer relationships through the job lifecycle, ensuring smooth handover to the Construction team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Project Delivery/Sales & Operations.
- Project Delivery/Construction.
- Cost Management.
- Quality Assurance.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management.
- Resource Management.
- Leadership, Strategic Execution and Continuous Improvement.
- Work, Health & Safety Contribution.
- System Optimisation.
- 5 years’ experience in leadership roles.
- Minium 3 years experience within the Insurance Construction industry with track record of setting up operational teams for growth demonstrable.
- Experience in commercial building, insurance works, strata works.
- Proven project management skills.
- Thorough understanding of construction process, structural complexity, techniques, terminology, and costs, including the ability to discuss these in a way that is understood by all stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate a win/win outcome.
- Demonstrated ability and passion to exceed customers’ expectations.
