Requires an experienced and motivated, Head of Communications to implement new strategies and areas of focus.

Qualifications & experience

• A Degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant discipline or a related field is preferred.
• Highly organized and flexible.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
• Ideally membership based organisation experience
• Excellent writing skills, editorial management, and content production skills across digital and traditional channels.
• Ability to collaborate externally with key stakeholders to develop content partnerships
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a small team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Implement the long term communications plans to achieve associations vision, objectives and outcomes
• Management of Key project as required both internally and externally focused
• Brand Management
• Development and management of associated communications processes to understand member satisfaction
• Manage Day to day communication channels
• External communications management
• Industry research
• Lead a manage a small comms team
• Manage campaign delivery
• PR Management
• 3rd party supplier management
• Stakeholder engagement
