What you'll do:
This is your opportunity to lead carsales' evolution of its' analytical capabilities and be a big part of something big
- Lead a talented team and foster a culture of integrity and collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial, product, technology and business teams on commercialising a range of Data assets and analytical capabilities
- Evolve the analytics team's operating model
- Enable collaborating teams with best practices for managing analytical solutions end-to-end
- Bring a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions at scale - balancing short- and long-term objectives and constraints
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect with our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously)
- Demonstrated integrity and an all-of-business mindset in leadership and demonstrated expertise in managing and developing cross-functional teams
- A track record delivering on large transformation initiatives in data & analytics with end-to-end knowledge of designing, implementing and managing analytical solutions at scale
- The ability to negotiate between complex business needs and technical execution, and a willingness to broker crucial conversations
