About the role
We're seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in .NET.
Our Core Banking Platform (CBP) team deliver and maintain the ALLFI Application to support branches. Our Software Engineers in CBP that focus on our .NET stack are responsible for building technical solutions based on industry best practice and principles.
They hold accountability for code quality, solution output, end-to-end delivery, analysis, support, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to established best practices and quality expectations.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and agile culture of the team.
- Undertake software development tasks, including utilising C# for ALLFI's integration layer.
- Utilise C# to implement new features within the recently acquired MOSAIC OA application codebase.
- Possess skills in MS SQL Server databases, as well as basic SQL proficiency for databases like Postgres.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Software Engineers and Business Analysts to identify optimal solutions.
- Engage in DevOps activities, focusing on continuous delivery enhancements.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years software development experience.
- .NET - C# / MS-SQL language / PowerShell - CTRLM batch jobs
- Proven background supporting high availability production systems.
- ServiceNow as a Change Management tool for support purposes.
- Experience working in a distributed team (including offshore partners).
