AddressWe are currently seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk to Join a sporting distrubution centre located in Cheltenham.
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for organizing and processing documents for incoming and outgoing orders, dealing with customer issues, liasing with internal sales team and with the warehouse.
To be successful in these roles you will be expected to have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent MS Office
- Attention to detail, good communication and telephone manner
- Able to prioritise and multi task
- SAP experience is preferable
