You will be managing a close-knit team of 8 staff to monitor performance, ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that everything is running as efficiently as possible.
Absolutely no portfolio management and no weekend work involved, get your work/life balance back!
The Position:
- Guide, mentor, and train 8 employees in the Property Management department
- Monitor performance and set KPIs
- Conduct meetings and 1 on 1's
- Implement new software, policies and procedures where required
- Ensure everything is running as efficiently as possible
- Monday to Friday only
- $95k + super

- 5+ Years of Property Management experience
- QLD Certificate of Registration
