Heatley Secondary College are currently seeking a Head of Department (Teaching and Learning) on a permanent full-time basis.
As the Head of Department, you will focus on implementing curriculum and pedagogy initiatives to support the educational outcomes for students, incorporating the vision of State Schools Division into school planning, developing the quality of Teaching and Learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and community.
Specifically, this position will focus on leading the implementation of Effective Teaching and Learning including the Northern Region 5Q4 Model, Australian Curriculum alignment processes, Whole School Moderation.
