About the Role
As the Head of Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and growth of the organisation by identifying and securing new development opportunities in the Greater Sydney area. You will lead the formulation of strategy and it's execution, leveraging internal resources and industry networks to source capital-efficient opportunities aligned with the company's strategic vision. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with landowners, especially those with assets in strategic locations, will be key to your success as you navigate partnering or joint venture models. Additionally, you will oversee a dedicated internal team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives, and collaborate closely with internal management to prepare and present business cases and feasibilities for assessment and approval, contributing significantly to the continued growth and impact within the community.
