Reporting to the Global Director – Finance, Strategy & Commercial Planning, Penfolds this high-profile role will support the delivery of the ANZ business unit’s financial commitments across a complex set of channels and markets.
- Drive the ANZ sales and marketing team’s financial decision making
- Responsibility for regional financial and revenue growth performance, achievement of targets
- Lead the commercial finance team to drive a culture of value-add analysis, constructive challenge and valued business partnering with stakeholders
- Direct the preparation of budgets and forecasts for ANZ sales and global marketing
- Proactively work with Sales and Marketing teams in ANZ to evaluate the financial aspects of proposed investments relevant to the region and make recommendations
- Make recommendations and devise financial policy, approaches and strategies that meet group goals
About you
With Significant experience in commercial/finance functions in FMCG organisations you will have strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
- Degree qualified (Finance)
- Post Graduate qualifications in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management
- Demonstrated business acumen, and ideally exposure across a wide range of industries
- Proven people leadership skills and experience
- Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
