Nigel Frank in collaboration with an enterprise end-user client of ours is recruiting for aHead Of IT - D365 F&O to join their internal team to lead and manage the Microsoft ERP team with their upcoming projects and implementations.

This client offers a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office two days working from home.

Head of IT – ERP/Microsoft Platform

Primary Focus:

• Lead Microsoft AX/D365 core ERP teams.
• Supervise, assist, and guide D365 and CRM teams.
• Lead Microsoft teams for various locations.
• Develop future state solutions supporting business growth and international expansion using Microsoft D365, CRM, M365, and related technologies.
• Review and evaluate Microsoft D365 enhancements/customizations based on business value.
• Participate in Microsoft D365 applications' implementation as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal and external developers on Microsoft D365 integration frameworks.
• Utilize specialist knowledge to expand solution footprint to meet business requirements.

Role Overview:

• Senior management role providing leadership to Microsoft software development and application teams.
• Define application roadmaps and strategies to enhance security, stability, scalability, and modernity.
• Establish linkage between technology applications, data, and value creation for the organization globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Microsoft strategies and roadmaps development.
• Manage workforce for international and domestic expansion.
• Coordinate service management across support teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for application development.
• Oversee performance and project execution.
• Ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Manage budget and risk.
• Drive continual improvement.
